File Transfer operation failed for URL/Blacklists

I am trying to setup a virtual appliance for evaluation purposes and following the guide to enable URL Guarding I need to create/download blacklists.

In order to setup the auto download or to get the initial blacklists created it looks like i need to configure the appliance to download from ftp.cacheguard.net, however it needs login details when I try to add it to the trusted file servers list.

Is this something you can provide in order to allow me to get a list added at least initially in order to proceed with my evaluation process?
