Got it. I will do the Firewall option, that's what I was thinking I would have to do with only one Public IP. Thanks for confirming and clarifying.
WOrking on building a server up now so i can test things out.
Thanks
Mike

Re: Non-Transparent
Hi
I want to put CG into a colo datacenter with a static IP so I can point my clients to it to be used as a web proxy.
How would I go about setting up the NIC's? Would I only need to worry about setting the External NIC?
Thanks
Mike

Non-Transparent
Hey do we just turn off Transparent Mode to put it into regular proxy mode (i.e. setting browsers to go to whatever IP/DNS name for the proxy)? Testing CG in Transparent mode now but want to set it up in Non-Transparent mode to test at client sites so we can then go live with this to provide secure ...

Re: External NIC Issue
Hey David
So after Dumping the VM version, I installed the OS and i'm connected and browsing around the internet through the CG.
I'm going to keep on tinkering with things and go from there.
I appreciate your help on this and the install of the OS.
Thanks
MIke

Thanks!

Re: Error 1009
It's a freshly initialized Raid setup after I had to fix the hard drives and all that. I gave up on the VM from the network configure as no matter what, nothing worked. I'll update that when I get the OS installed. I'll give the commands a try and see if that will do it. I'll update when I try. Than...

Error 1009
Hi
Issue with installed CG off the ISO, getting error 1009. Cannot Format your HDD's. Your HDD's requires some maintenance operations.
It's sitting on a RAID60, 12 drives, It sees the 2300mb "hard drive" so it recognizes things.
what do we have to do for maintenance?
