Hi, CacheGuard can only be implemented in a two arms configuration (with two IP addresses: one for the external and one for the internal). Yes, I think that should be the reason. I assume that you have the ssh command under Windows. Please refer to your Windows documentation to know where to put the SSH private key and in which format. Maybe at the C:\Users\<username>\.ssh\id_rsa location and in OpenSSH format? I don't know how it shou...

Are you going to use puTTY as your SSH client under windows your another SSH client?

I ask this question because it's mandatory that your SSH client uses the right SSH private key in the right format (OpenSSH or other format) and found at the right place on your client machine.
